Born and raised in New Albany, Indiana, Lisa Fraley grew up in a bustling home as one of five children to Ron and Carol Sparkman - both entrepreneurs with a flair for business and style. Unsurprisingly, Lisa followed suit, carving out her own path in the design world with the same creative spark that ran through her childhood home.

Before launching her own design ventures Lisa first mastered the art of raising four incredible children - her proudest creations - who now all live nearby her in Charlotte, North Carolina. A true artist at heart, Lisa is known for her ability to turn a paintbrush into magic, with a special love for abstract and modern art.

Lisa got her professional start under the wing of her talented mother at DSI Interiors, a boutique interior design firm that served the Southern Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky areas. In 2024, she packed up her creativity (and probably a few canvases) and headed to Charlotte to be closer to her children. She now brings her signature style and warmth to Dapper Development, where she works alongside three amazing young men who remind her of the boys she raised.

When she is not designing beautiful spaces or creating art, Lisa can be found enjoying family time, playing pickle ball, or savoring an extra well-done steak (burnt, please!)

Kyle, an Augusta, Georgia native, has called North Carolina home since 2009. He played college football at East Carolina University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Small Business Management. Following his collegiate career, he moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in order to pursue an opportunity as a NASCAR pit crew member.

Even though he enjoyed the challenge that NASCAR presented, something was still missing. A son of a small business owner, he has always been drawn to entrepreneurship. After discussing future aspirations with fellow partners Brendan and Mason, Dapper Development was born! A licensed general contractor, Kyle’s main focus at Dapper Development is on day to day construction. With the help of his partners, Kyle always strives for progress in each and every project.

Kyle lives in East Charlotte with his amazing wife Brittni and daughter Isa. Kyle enjoys spending time with family, working out, and anything Georgia sports related.

Mason grew up in Fort Oglethorpe, a small town in northwest Georgia. After attending the University of South Carolina, where he played football and earned a degree, he moved to Charlotte to work with NASCAR as a pit crew member. His entrepreneurial spirit goes back to elementary school, and his passion for business has been a constant throughout his life. After college, Mason became interested in real estate, studying markets and honing his skills.

In 2019, the team took on their first flip, gaining invaluable experience in remodeling. Over time, Mason discovered a newfound passion for luxury real estate, which has become a true source of fulfillment for him. His eye for opportunity and his drive to create high-end, beautiful spaces has made this area of the business particularly rewarding. He lives in charlotte with his beautiful wife, Danielle, their daughter Oakah, and son Makoa.

At Dapper, Mason contributes to acquisitions and capital raising, while also supporting project coordination and management. His favorite quote, “Jump off the porch,” embracing a mindset of action and opportunity.

Brendan was raised in a small town along the south coast of Massachusetts. He headed down south to attend the University of South Carolina and has called it home ever since. Studying Finance and Management with a focus on Real Estate, Brendan discovered that a career in real estate was his true calling. Right after graduating, he obtained his broker's license and joined a wholesale brokerage, where he gained extensive knowledge in investment real estate acquisitions. He developed a strong passion for analyzing and underwriting deals, embracing the highs and lows that come with working in the industry. After excelling at his company for several years, he felt ready to go off on his own. Sharing similar aspirations with Kyle and Mason, the three decided to collaborate.

Brendan now resides in South Charlotte with his beautiful wife Olivia and their daughter Sophia.
